During holidays or peak seasons, you may have to wait about 30 minutes for the email to arrive.
- Click on the link in your email from Corjl and start editing your template! It's that easy!
2. I bought a digital item, where is it?
EDITABLE TEMPLATES
If you purchase an editable template from us, please check your email including spam folder for editing information from Corjl.Com - our online editor partner. Click on the link in your email from Corjl, to access your template! Alternatively, you can also go directly to log in (http://www.corjl.com/orders) to access and edit your items.
NON-EDITABLE ITEMS
Customers who purchase other digital items (posters, signs, wall art, etc.,), will be redirected to a download page after payment where you will receive a PDF file containing a download link for your digital item. A download link will also be sent to your email.
3. How do I edit my template?
Posh Park has partnered with Corjl, a free, easy-to-use template editor that works in your web browser. If you purchased an editable template, please check your email including spam folder for download information from Corjl.Com. Click on the link in your email from Corjl to access your template and start editing. Alternatively, you can go directly to log in (http://www.corjl.com/orders), to access and edit your items.
4. What are some things I can edit in my template?
For most of our DIY templates, you can make changes to the following:
- fonts
- size of font
- font color
- text
- move, resize or delete text
- upload and add your own images, photos or logos
THINGS YOU CAN'T EDIT
In most cases, you won't be able to edit the size and orientation of the template (If you need help editing these things, we edit this for you free of charges so please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you). Also, please see, how to edit your template.

5. After editing my template, what are my download options?
After editing your item, you'll be able to download a JPG or PDF file format.
6. I need help editing my template, can you help?
If you have a quick and simple change request, in most cases, we'll do that FREE of charge as a courtesy to our customers, but for extensive changes, please use our customization service.
7. Can I get a refund for my digital item?
We stand behind every product we sell! If there is a defect in any product that you purchase from us, we'll fix it or refund your payment - according to our discretion. Please note, we don't refund for user error - we'll issue a refund or fix the problem if the issue is from our end.
We're available by text message, chat on our site or via email through our contact page, please reach out to us if you have a question before buying any of our products.

8. Can you ship my (X) to me?
At this time we don't ship any of our templates. Currently, all of the templates that we sell are DIY, i.e. you edit and print them yourself.
9. How do I print my template?
There are several ways to print your item:
- Print on your home printer
- Print at your local print shop such Staples or Fedex
- Upload to online sites such as Staples, Fedex, Costco, Ups Store, Office Depot, Vistaprint, Walmart, Uprinting, Walgreens and many other websites!
10. How long do I have access to my template after buying it?
You have 1 year of unlimited downloads, access and editing of your template after purchase! Download and edit your template when you want as much as you want for one full year!
11. What if I need access to my template for longer than a year?
